These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. This website is owned and operated by Entwine Floral Design. These Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Service and the products we sell
When buying/ordering an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing/details before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item/service when you commit to buy an item/service and you complete the check-out/invoice payment process. The prices we charge for using our services or for our products are either listed on the website, or are priced on an individual basis and communicated to you via email, followed by an invoice. The products we sell and the services we provide are bespoke and costed accordingly to the service we are providing. We reserve the right to change our prices or the description of products displayed at any time.

Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the Service, the services we provide or the products we offer at any time. We reserve the right to stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer, or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services immediately without prior notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Entwine Floral Design. The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Entwine Floral Design. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Right to suspend or cancel user access
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Entwine Floral Design harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Entwine Floral Design, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entwine Floral Design assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms and Conditions in a material manner, we will notify you here that they have been updated. Following any modifications made, the date at the bottom of this page will be updated. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future version of the Terms and Conditions, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or our services.

Promotional emails and content
With your consent, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages from us, by email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for phone calls/text messages). If you do not want to receive such promotional notices, please notify us at any time. By supplying us your contact information for promotional purposes, you agree to receive such communications. Subscribers can unsubscribe from emails at any time and are under no obligation to receive our communications.

Disclaimer
Your use of Entwine Floral Design and our Service is at your sole risk. The products we offer and the Service is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that Entwine Floral Design and our Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website/our services we provide, and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the website/our services impossible or impractical. If you have any queries or concerns regarding any of our products or services, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will be happy to assist.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using Entwine Floral Design and our Service, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of Entwine Floral Design and our Service, following any modifications to our terms, will mean you accept said changes.
Wedding Floral Design
If you book us for your wedding florals, you will be sent the Entwine Floral Design Wedding Terms and Conditions document on booking.

Floral Workshops/Classes
If you book a Floral Workshop or Class with us you will be sent the Entwine Floral Design Workshop Terms and Conditions document on booking.

Farewell Flowers and Special Occasions
Flowers for funerals and flowers for special occasions/events are bespoke and designed, managed and priced on an individual basis. Invoices will be emailed to you confirming the details of your order and payments should be made within 3 days of the date of invoice. A deposit may be required for larger orders, in which case you will be notified and invoiced accordingly. Delivery charges apply to all orders.

Gift Flowers and Seasonal Arrangements
Gift Bouquet and Seasonal Arrangement options, designs and prices are updated regularly and at the discretion of Entwine Floral Design. Arrangement options and costs will either be notified on enquiry; advertised via social media (Instagram and/or Facebook); or offered as a product on our website. Payment will be requested directly through the Service or by an invoice that will be emailed to you. Payment must be made on the day the order is placed. Gift Flowers and Seasonal Arrangements are available for local delivery ONLY. Delivery fees apply based on delivery zones.

Local Delivery
Our fresh flower products are available for local delivery ONLY, not UK wide. Local delivery prices vary depending on which Delivery Zone your address falls into. If ordering via the website this will be calculated on check-out once you have entered the recipient address. If you are ordering via email, the delivery fee will be notified to you this way and itemised on the invoice. If you are ordering a product through the website which is only available for local delivery and your address is outside of our delivery area, when you put your address in you will be unable to proceed for this reason. Please contact us prior to check-out/placing your order if you would like to check a delivery area with us. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so please provide a full postcode and any other instructions that will help the driver. Please provide an email and daytime phone number for yourselves and a telephone number for the recipient. If the recipient is out when we deliver, we will leave the flowers with a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for them. If this cannot be done we may leave in a secure, dry place such as a porch (please advise when ordering if there are any safe places where the item can be left should nobody be home). A card will always be left through the door to advise the recipient of where the flowers have been left. If the flowers cannot be left with the recipient they will be returned to Entwine Floral Design for either collection or re-delivery.

Returns and Complaints
We really hope you love your flowers and our services. However, if you are unhappy with one of our products or a service we have provided to you please contact us in writing ASAP by emailing natalie@entwinefloraldesign.co.uk. We will be in touch within 24 hours. Please note that Fresh Flower return enquiries must be made within 5 hours of delivery.

Refunds
We will consider refunds on a case by case basis, although refunds will not be given as a matter of course. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing of the outcome. If we agree to process a refund, the refund will include the full value of the item(s) returned but excludes delivery costs and packing costs. We will only refund fresh flowers if we accept that the quality does not meet our standards, and will require photographic evidence of your complaint within 5 hours of the flower delivery. Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish after receipt. Although the majority of our flowers will have a medium to long shelf life, the lifespan of each stem will vary depending on the variety of flowers used and how they are cared for. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each stem to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flowers.

Availability of Flowers
Fresh flowers and their availability are dependent on weather conditions and influences beyond our control. Once flowers have been delivered we accept no responsibility for the flowers there on in. Any allergies to flowers must be stated in writing at the time of booking or ordering; we accept no liability for the unlikely event of allergies caused by any flowers. Entwine Floral Design reserves the right to amend flower choices and floral options at any time.

Photographs
We reserve the right to take photographs of flowers and settings prior to an order/wedding/event/occasion and these may be used for promotional purposes.
